We are frequently asked if we can cut specific joints or steaks to a certain size or thickness, or supply cuts of beef which are now rarely heard of. Because we have full butchery control over the whole carcase (yes from cheek to tail), the answer is always Yes!
This week a customer requested an aged Rump Roast joint on the Bone, a piece of meat her family used to enjoy 20 years ago, but until now has been unable to source in recent years. She was absolutely delighted with the result and so were we (see photo).
