Delivery Arrangements
On receipt of your Order and subject to availability we endeavour to cut, pack and dispatch as quickly as possible. If your Order is urgent, or for a special occasion, please specify this in the Special Requests/Delivery arrangements box on the Check Out page. If some or any products you've ordered are not immediately available we'll contact you.
Our fixed delivery charge to most UK destinations is £9.50. We dispatch Wednesday and Thursday with delivery the following day. We'll notify you by email of the dispatch/delivery dates.
If no-one is in to take receipt please provide us with information as to where the parcel may be left (eg Porch, Garage, Shed, behind Garden Gate).
We use DPD Local (Nationwide next day delivery couriers) who will notify you via text (if provided) and/or email as soon as the consignment is booked and they will provide an estimated delivery time.
Where the value of the basket is below £100.00, a shipping fee of £9.50 will be charged.
