Made by The Good Life Meat Company using our organic silverside (salmon cut), this air dried beef is spiced and cured to produce the beef equivalent of parma ham. As well as being a very moreish snack it makes a fabulous addition to a tapas platter. It is hardly surprising that it was awarded Gold at the 2018 British Charcuterie Awards.

We’ve discovered to our peril over the years that it can be heart breaking to over cook meat, but since we’ve started using a meat thermometer we’ve had perfect results every time. The thermometer which we offer for sale is a simple probe with a glass dial which records the temperature and recommendations for all meats. This includes Rare, Medium and Well Done readings for Beef.

On receipt of your order we endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible, or to your requested time scale. Our fixed delivery charge to most UK destinations is £9.50. We dispatch on a Wednesday and Thursday via next day Courier (DPD). If you provide a mobile number at the checkout DPD will send you a text message with an estimated delivery time window.
