Christmas is coming and God willing we'll be able to be with all our friends and family this year. We've been taking Christmas orders since the beginning of September and although all our fillet and forerib has been reserved we do, at the moment, have plenty of Sirloin and Topside. The sirloin (wing) rib makes an excellent next best option to the forerib joint with its wow factor for presentation and taste. Then there's our slow cook shin, casserole steak and brisket if you're looking for the ultimate, leave in the oven and forget about it, crowd pleasers. Or our 'just pop in the oven Pies' or for your charcuterie board the amazing bresaola (made by the Good Life Meat Company) Finally last but certainly not least our very own 'Great Berwick Longhorn Beef Crisps. What more do you need?
