It's time for the big reveal. Our special visitor at the end of last summer was Marcus Wareing!
He and his production team spent the day with us filming part of a new series called 'Marcus Wareing's Tales from a Kitchen Garden' which is on BBC2 at 6.30 pm all this week and next. Look out in particular for programme 4 on Thursday 3rd March which features our wonderful Longhorn cows and, of course, our fabulous Longhorn Beef.
It was a great privilege to spend the day with Marcus who is the Chef-Owner of Michelin starred restaurant Marcus in Knightbridge. He's also the instantly recognisable judge on MasterChef: The Professionals.
