National Butchers Week 9 - 15 March 2020

Did you know that it's National Butchers Week?  Well, it's a week when we can bang the drum about what we're doing and remind everyone that we're here to help. As always, Great Berwick Organics can offer advice on different cuts of meat and on how best to cook them. Sarah is our resident Butcher and, for those of you who've met her know, she is super knowledgeable and passionate about every aspect of her work and our beef.  She knows everything there is to know about our very special organic, pasture fed longhorn beef.
