Sarah Hall and Mike Jones in the Butchery

This is the sharp end (in more ways than one) of our business. It's Sarah and Mike who carefully cut and prepare all the orders and who you'll meet when you come down to the farm shop.  Sarah has been part of our team for many years and there's not alot she doesn't know about our beef and the geography of the carcases. Mike joined us in May and is 'The new kid on the Block' but he comes with a wealth of experience and enthusiasm.
